Bernie Mullane Sports Complex

A sports facility in the hills shire for all ages, offering an indoor sports stadium, outdoor netball and tennis courts, soccer fields and a gym for the community to use and hire.

Brief

To create a dynamic brand identity for a local service that is flexible and adaptable. Ensure the brand is recognisable, consistent, and cohesive across varied applications. 

Outcome

This project involved rebranding the Bernie Mullane Sports Complex to create a vibrant, community-focused visual identity. The new logo uses dynamic shapes and movement-inspired forms to reflect energy, inclusivity and the wide range of sports the facility offers. I have offered a secondary mark of the logo as ‘BMSC’ as another way to identify the brand and to use across different applications where best fit. The gradient colour system was introduced to give the brand a modern, uplifting feel and the graphic elements were developed for use across uniforms, signage, social media and promotional campaigns.
